Choosing implants often comes down to three options. Here is how we see them, plainly.
| What we compare | Treatment abroad | Safe Smile Implants, the balanced choice | Private clinics |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Lowest headline | From £1,299, no extras | Premium |
| Travel | Overseas, plus follow-ups | Close to home | City centres |
| Aftercare | Harder to arrange | All in the UK | In the UK |
| Oversight | A different system | GDC and CQC | UK system |
Implant treatment is a personal decision, and the right option depends on your needs. A free e-consultation is the easiest way to weigh them up, with no obligation.

Your questions, answered
The things people most want to understand before taking the first step.
How long does the consultation take?
Upload your photos and complete a short questionnaire. Our team will usually respond within 24 hours.
Is the online consultation really free?
Yes. Your initial online consultation is completely free and there is no obligation to proceed.
How long does the treatment take?
Treatment time varies. A single implant case usually takes around 3 months. In suitable All-on-4 cases, implants and temporary fixed teeth may be provided on the same day, depending on bone quality, bone volume and clinical assessment. Immediate placement may carry an additional fee if a laboratory technician is required on site.
Can I choose my implant clinic?
We will recommend a verified partner clinic near you based on your location and treatment needs. You can discuss your preference with our team.
What payment options are available?
Self-pay and finance options are available, including 0% interest plans, subject to status and terms and conditions.
Is the £1,299 single implant price really all-in?
Yes. £1,299 covers the implant, the abutment and the crown. If anything extra is clinically needed it is priced clearly upfront (bone graft from £300, sinus lift from £400), and your exact quote is confirmed after your assessment.
Are your dentists UK-qualified and registered?
Always. Every implant is placed by a UK-qualified, GDC-registered dentist, in CQC-registered clinics held to UK standards.
Does getting an implant hurt?
Treatment is carried out under local anaesthetic and most people find it more comfortable than they expected. Any mild soreness afterwards is usually managed with everyday pain relief, and sedation is available on request.
How long do dental implants last?
With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, implants are designed to last many years, often a lifetime. Your dentist will explain the simple aftercare that protects them.
What if I need a bone graft or sinus lift?
Not everyone does. If your scan shows it would help long-term stability, your dentist will explain why and share the cost upfront (bone graft from £300, sinus lift from £400) before anything goes ahead.
Where are your clinics?
We work with a growing network of CQC-registered clinics across the UK, including Bristol, Bath and Kent. Your assessment and aftercare happen close to home.
